We do our best to send you watches which satisfy you, but as the mechanical watches are so delicate, there are any chances of malfunction could occur. Please note that we do not provide any guarantees. (The buying and trade-in watches are taken place in storefront only.) (Our item could be sold out in storefront at the same time of your order.) All the pictures of our items are the photos of the actual watches for sale. If the watches have crocodile, alligator or lizard leather straps, we will change them to calf straps or we will take out the straps before we send it overseas, because it is restricted to export them by the Washington convention. The price of our goods does NOT include customs, import duties and taxes. Please pay any relevant customs duties and taxes incurred at destination. We cannot mark as “gift” nor write inaccurate price on the shipping label. If you are unsure about the customs duties and taxes, you shall contact your local tax or customs office for further information. About the payment, we will inform you the payment due date by emails after we receive your order. As we cannot hold our item more than two days without no payment is fulfilled, please note that your order could be cancelled if the payment is not completed by the due date.
