The year of manufacture is the early 60s, unfortunately I have forgotten the exact year as well as the reference, which is probably 6694 (I am not a watch professional). The watch runs great, but it might need a little adjustment because it runs a minute or two behind during the day. The dial is flawless. Any spots that may be visible on the gold plating are largely due to the light. Some of the dark spots on the edge of the lid are probably dirt, which can be removed by opening the watch. The lid has no real scratches. The bracelet and clasp are not original. I don't think there are many of this watch in this condition.
