Warranty: Quality Assurance
In addition to the International Manufacturer's Warranty, our timepieces come with a 1-year Limited Warranty on the movement. Exclusions include loss, damage, water, theft, or force majeure events. Negligence or mishandling is not covered. The in-house warranty starts from the day of purchase.
Returns: Satisfaction Guaranteed
Returns are accepted only if the item received differs from its original listing. Ensure the timepiece is returned within the allowed timeframe in the same condition received. All pictures are manufacturer-provided, and the watch box may vary.
Upon Delivery: What's Included
Upon delivery, you will receive the watch, original manufacturer's box, booklets, hangtags (if provided), warranty papers, and original accessories (if provided). An Appraisal Certificate for insurance purposes is available upon request.
