The Reference 116518 Manufactured from circa 2000 until 2016, the Rolex Daytona reference 116518 is a refined and dressy take on the classic sports chronograph wristwatch from the Maison. Featuring 18k yellow gold cases on leather straps with deployant clasps, the model features Rolex's then newly updated 'in-house' automatic chronograph caliber 4130.
