The watch is in an excellent condition and has just been serviced The case is made of 18kt white gold and measures 22.8 mm in width (excluding the original crown) by 34.8 mm including the lugs. It has well proportioned straight lugs integrated into the rectangular design. The case shows only light traces of use, the pressure-locked caseback closes securely and has the correct Rolex markings, reference and serial numbers. The mineral glass is in excellent condition. The silver dial with black Roman numerals has been professionally restored and is in an excellent condition. Powering the watch is the Rolex Caliber 1600, a manually wound movement produced in-house. Known for its robustness and slim profile, it works at 21,600 vibrations per hour and was widely used in the Cellini line throughout the 1960s and early 1970s. This timepiece is fitted with a quality crocodile strap fitted with a Rolex white gold clasp.
