Designed by the famous guru, Gerald Genta, the construction was made of solid blocks of gold which weighed between 150 grams to 200 grams depending on the reference, as it was launched in two references, 9630 limited to 1,000 pieces and 3580 also launched in limited quantities. Witnessed on the wrists of high profile individuals of the era in the likes of Elvis Presley “The King of Rock n’ Roll”, the King Midas has clearly lived up to its name. With the present example in white gold fitted with a rare and exhilarating coral dial and further enhanced by the green “Khanjar” positioned at 6 O’clock, the present example is without a doubt uncommon. Further adding to the attraction, the present example is presented in excellent overall condition and accompanied by its original presentation box.
