Rolex Daytona ref 6265 black dial first serie t swiss t only 1971

Brand: Rolex Model: Daytona Reference: 6265 Year: 1971 Serial: 278XXXX Pushers: MK0 rare millerighe Movement: meca valjoux 727 Case: Case very probably never polished that keeps its original shape with angles still present and a thick case polished as originally according to the brand. The watch must have been worn very little too with few wear marks Dial: Very rare and in perfect condition, black dial t swiss t only the first version with a nice patina of the original tritium indexes that all react to uv as well as the hands that match well. Very few defects in the counters which are still very white and shiny. Diameter: 37mm Bracelet: Oyster in perfect condition with all links and little strech later than the watch. Reference 78350/19 and endlink 557 b. Accessories: None Our opinion: The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona model is a sport chronograph launched in 1963 by the company Rolex nv. The Cosmograph Daytona belongs to the category of professional watches within the Rolex range. It was originally designed for racing drivers. Four generations of Daytona were released in 1963, 1988, 2000 and 2016 respectively. The first had a manual winding movement, the second had an automatic winding movement and the third and fourth had a Rolex manufacture movement. The world record at auction is a Rolex Daytona that belonged to Paul Newman and sold at Philips a nyc for $17.75 million in 2017. so the original is the 4 digit version of which this is one. What makes it even rarer is that it is part of the very first series in 1970 with a pre sigma dial or still t swiss t only. The extremely rare MK0 millerighe pushers in brass have been produced only a few years on the 6265 and 6263 we find them mainly on configurations in Paul Newman dial which dates only from this same year 1970 and very early 1971 or still on the 6240 and often change by Rolex in service. This one is in a perfect state of conservation, surely never polished, with a dial where the counters are still very white, very rare because they are often blackened by time. A real museum piece that will find its place in any serious collection.Rolex Daytona ref 6265 black dial first serie t swiss t only 1971 $ 84,243 Basic Info Listing code F7CVL4 Brand Rolex Model Daytona Reference number 6263 Movement Manual winding Case material Steel Bracelet material Steel Year of production 1971 Condition Very good (Worn with little to no signs of wear) Scope of delivery No original box, no original papers Gender Men's watch/Unisex Location Portugal, lisboa Price €78,000 (= $84,243) Availability Item is in stock Caliber Movement Manual winding Movement/Caliber 727 Base caliber Valjoux Power reserve 50 h Number of jewels 17 Case Case material Steel Case diameter 37 mm Try it on Water resistance 10 ATM Bezel material Steel Crystal Plexiglass Dial Black Dial numerals No numerals Bracelet/strap Bracelet material Steel Bracelet color Steel Clasp Fold clasp Clasp material Steel Functions Chronograph Brand: Rolex Model: Daytona Reference: 6265 Year: 1971 Serial: 278XXXX Pushers: MK0 rare millerighe Movement: meca valjoux 727 Case: Case very probably never polished that keeps its original shape with angles still present and a thick case polished as originally according to the brand.
