In this effort, the brand released the reference 6239. Initially,, this model did not have the Daytona inscription on the dial only appeared in the second half of the 1960's. The present watch is believed to be one of the early model with the Daytona located around the subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock. Moreover, this dial separated itself from other piece because of the additional space between the 'D' and the 'A' of the Daytona. The movement of this watch bears the 'ROW' inscription which was engraved on watches meant to the US market.
