Presented in very original condition, with coeval patination to the dial and hands, there are signs of use overall to the case and bracelet to be expected given the age of this example. In order to maintain as much originality as possible, we have neither polished nor restored. Of note are the bezel which no longer rotates, and there is a centre piece on one of the bracelet's links. We date our manufacture to 1953 with a 951 serial. This Turn-o-graph 6202 keeps good time, and we would recommend contact for a full condition report ahead of purchase. The 6202 reference is of historic importance as the first Rolex, pre-dating the Submariner as the first truly sports orientated Rolex watch with bezel to be used to capture, monitor and manage times. A vintage Rolex box is included, no papers are present.
