This is a rare chronometer-spec Submariner. The hands and dial have been replaced with Luminova luminescent ones, while the bezel and bracelet have been swapped for later models. It comes with an international service warranty (2025). Due to the discrepancy between the case year (1961) and the year of the case back (1967), it is offered at a special price.
