1961 Rolex Submariner PCG 5512 Tropical Gilt "Serpico Y Laino" Tulip Dial with Service Papers

Case: The thick and even pointed crown guard case is excellent showing wide, sharp, prominent bevels and some light wear from use. The bezel insert is also in excellent condition and has aged to a light purple grey tone. Dial: The "tulip" crown gilt chapter ring "Serpico Y Laino" is excellent and has aged to a dark chocolate tropical hue. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands match perfectly. Bracelet: The 11 link stretch rivet Oyster bracelet is excellent showing no perceivable stretch. The clasp is stamped with a 1961 date code.
