B. beim Duschen oder Händewaschen) können Druckspitzen entstehen. Die Uhr wird an den betroffenen Stellen hierbei deutlich stärker belastet, als es die Eintauchtiefe vermuten lässt. Erst ab der Klassifizierung 50 m / 5 bar / 5 atm kann von einer wasserdichten Uhr gesprochen werden (Duschen möglich).
