Return Policy To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, Timepiece Perfection offers a 14 day return period from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the watch to confirm correct brand/model/color and in correct working condition before wearing, sizing or removing any plastic or tags. Terms and Conditions: All returns must have a return authorization number assigned by Timepiece Perfection before returning the watch. Packages without RA numbers will be refused! All items must be returned in unworn condition with original packaging, instructions, manufacturer plastics & tags intact and un-removed. Watch must not show any signs of wear. Buyer must obtain RA# within 14 days of delivery date. Once the buyer receives RA# the item must be received back to Timepiece Perfection within 7 days. Return credit will be issued in the same form as original payment. Returns are subject to less 15% partial refund fee. Once an item is shipped, it has now been owned and in which case is considered preowned thus we are unable to resell it as new. Preowned items must be in the same condition received or will be reevaluated based on condition. . International sales are considered special order and cannot be returned. This will cover anything other then damage to finish, crown and stem, crystal or glass, strap, and damage considered abuse. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, and/or accidental or intentional misuse or abuse. This includes dropping, banging, or use past the manufacturer’s specifications. Timepiece Perfection incorporated warranty repairs must be done by Timepiece Perfection. Any watch that has been opened by any other source will be null & void.
