Rolex Daytona 16520

Description

Rolex Daytona Zenith 16520 | An Early Watch From 1991 And A Very Full Set

This Rolex Daytona Zenith 16520 is a really lovely and honest Full Set example of a highly collectible reference. A 1991 watch, it was one of the first of the automatic Rolex Daytonas with the Zenith El Primero movement and is extremely collectible. The case on this watch is excellent and hasn't been overpolished and the engraving on the bezel is strong, clear and crisp. There is no wear to the bracelet or clasp and all together the watch is an excellent example of a classic stainless steel Zenith Daytona. The sub dial surrounds have faded to a slightly coffee colour giving the whole thing a 'Patrizzi' vibe. Complete with both boxes, the papers and all the booklets and tags, the box even has the '16520' sticker attached. The watch has been serviced by Rolex in the past and the RSC card is included. The Rolex Daytona is an absolute design icon and one of the top two or three most desirable watches in the world. While all luxury watches show wear and tear if they're not well looked after, the Daytona is quite susceptible to damage. Especially on the bezel which is quite delicately engraved. It has just been tested and this Rolex Daytona Zenith 16520 is running within COSC spec as you would expect.
