Rolex Sea-Dweller Deepsea 126660

Description

ROLEX. A STAINLESS STEEL AUTOMATIC CALENDAR BRACELET WATCH, Sea-Dweller Deepsea, Ref: 126660, Purchased 3rd April, 2022

The Rolex Deepsea Sea-Dweller is one of the brand's most advanced professional dive watches. First introduced in 2014 to honor explorer James Cameron's historic 2012 solo descent to nearly 11,000 meters in the Mariana Trench, the model features an exceptionally robust Oyster case with Rolex's patented Ringlock system, visible at 9 o'clock, to withstand extreme pressures. Its striking gradient blue-to-black "D-Blue" dial pays tribute to the transition from sunlight to the darkness of the deep ocean. In 2018, Rolex released the updated Reference 126660, powered by the Caliber 3235 with a 70-hour power reserve and fitted with a titanium case back for reduced weight. With an enhanced water resistance of 3,900 meters (12,800 feet), the watch remains a technical marvel. The present example, offered directly from the original owner, is in well preserved condition and is accompanied by its original presentation case and guarantee card. Versatile yet highly capable, it is equally suited for casual wear and demanding exploration.
