The Rolex Yacht-Master was conceptualised as a more glamorous version of the classic Submariner, built more for a leisurely sailing than saturation diving. While the original execution was done in solid yellow gold, later versions included two-tone, both with gold and platinum. The watch isn't exactly understated. Unlike the Submariner, which was offered in a limited number of colourways, you could have a Yacht-Master in any variety of eye-catching dial colours. Instead of being aluminium, the bezel was made from precious metal and boasts a contrasting matte and shiny finish. Finally, the seconds hand gets a pop of colour which matches the model text on the dial. Condition description: Light scratches or marks which cannot be felt with a fingernail. Signs of light use. Bevels and edges may show signs of professional polishing. Bracelet may have some mild stretch. Hallmarks and engravings may have light wear.
