The later gilt dials the “Swiss T<25” written higher up, replacing the top third of the bottom 3 hash marks. Early series featured outer chapter rings printed in silver and the signature likewise in silver. According to the serial number of this watch it was made in 1965, also confirmed by the case back stamped I.65 for the first quarter of 1965. Enhancing its overall appeal, the watch stands out through its very warm and appealing tropical dial. Gradually changing from black to a dark brown colour.
