For sale is a Swiss Made Rado Diastar Jubilé ceramic watch with reference number 153.0430.3, presumably dating back to around 2010. The watch features a curved rectangular case measuring 18.5 by 22mm, with a curved sapphire crystal covering the entire face of the watch. The dial comes in a silver colour with subtle grainy finish and diamond indices, on which baton shaped hands indicate the time. Two rows of single cut diamonds can be found on either side of the bezel, totalling approximately 0.19ct.
The original integrated bracelet consists of a combination of polished steel bridges and silver ceramic links, the latter being Rado's signature material. The double folding clasp is crafted from titanium. The crown is original and shows the Rado "Anchor" logo". Inside the case we find a high-quality Swiss Made ETA quartz movement with caliber number 976.001, which is working accurately.
The example sold here has been worn, but is still in decent condition. You will find wear marks on the case and bracelet, most notably some minor chips to the edges of the sapphire crystal. Please study the pictures in this listing well: they show the watch in the condition that it is in, with no digital enhancements to make it look better than it is. We are sure that you like honesty, and so do we. Functionally, the watch has been checked, received a new battery, and is keeping perfect time.
Please do note that the bracelet is currently sized to fit wrists with a maximum circumference of around 14.5cm. Decreasing the size is fairly easily done by removing some links, but to increasing the size past its current maximum of 14.5cm, spare links will have to be sourced online or at a dealership. Sold as watch only: sadly no original box or paperwork is present with this piece.
