In the event that remaining OEM warranty on a purchased timepiece falls short of a 12-month warranty period as measured from the Date of Purchase, Burdeen's Jewelry assumes responsibility as the warranty provider for the period commencing at the conclusion of the OEM warranty and ending with the elapse of the 12 months from the Date of Purchase. Timepieces marked as "Vintage" are sold as-is. Vintage timepieces are warrantied for Ninety (90) Days from the Date of Purchase for basic time function only.
