I bought this watch from Piaget Monaco in February 2023 at a price of €37,000.00. I'm parting with it for other projects. all in all, I've had to wear this timepiece about twenty times since I got it. It's in the safe, in the bank, almost all the time. I'm a watch lover and take systematic care of my watches. It's never been shocked or anything, I've always taken great care of it. The watch is guaranteed for another 6 years, with 2 overhauls included in the warranty (€800 per overhaul). I also took care to have the alligator strap replaced by an original from Piaget Monaco (€480), with invoice. At just 5.30 mm thick, this automatic men's watch is one of the thinnest in the world. Its secret lies in the unique design of the 750 white gold case, whose back serves as a platinum on which 219 components are mounted. Merging movement and case, this complex architecture induces an inverted construction of the caliber, with bridges mounted on the dial side, in an approach that is both technical and aesthetic. The entire mechanism and switchgear are housed within the height of the balance, with an off-center display of the hours and minutes. In this extremely small space, Piaget has designed a suspended barrel, held by a single bridge on the dial side, and a peripheral oscillating weight in 22k gold covered with black pvd.
