Case looks like a freshly polished one, might have very few minuscule hairline scratches. Only visible under certain desk lamp angles. Caseback polish looks original, I don't think it has been serious scratches, very minor ones. Keep in mind this is a 20year old watch. Watch comes in a travel case. comes with Paul picot Crocodile Veritable strap, (which is a very pricy, high quality one )with original NOS buckle, strap is midnight blue colour just like the Breguet style hands, black and indigo blue in different lighting situations. The strap was only worn by me by 2-3 times indoors, I would call it nos like, but the shiny lacquer on the bottom part has a small blemish probably due time. I'm not a professional, selling from my private collection, so keep in mind the watch might need service, however I have a feeling it doesn't. Perfect luxurious feeling watch,limited, numbered caseback, very special , unique dial arrangement, and interesting power reserve complication. The Sapphire crystal form is also quite unique.
