Blue guilloché dial with rotating outer disc listing 24 global cities for world time display, 24-hour day / night inner ring, central chronograph seconds hand, central hour and minute hands for local time, and 30-minute counter at 6 o’clock with flyback reset and restart capability. An 18k White Gold 39.5mm case, smooth bezel, winder, pushers and deployant clasp, a Patek Philippe dark blue / navy leather strap, sapphire crystal glass, exhibition caseback displaying the automatic movement, using calibre CH 28-520 HU.
