Exceptional and possibly unique 18k yellow gold and platinum pocket watch. The caseback is decorated with a translucent lilac blue enamel over engine-turned base centered with diamond-set and white enamel cloisonné motifs. The bezel with assorted translucent lilac blue enamel and white enamel cloisonné. White enamel dial with gold painted figures and black dauphine-style numerals. Manual winding movement Cal. 10". Diameter: 27mm. Patek Philippe extract from archives confirming the enamel caseback decoration. Case, cuvette, movement and dial signed Patek Philippe.
