Vintage Patek Philippe & Co. Platinum Watch Ref 2461 - Manual Winding. Platinum rectangular case with original faceted crystal & sharp case facets (22 x 42mm). Silvered Dial with diamond hour markers. Brown strap with Platinum Patek Philippe tang buckle. Pre-owned with box. This is one of the finest examples we have ever seen of this rare watch and very difficult to find in this condition. There is a small 345 lightly etched in one case lug which we assume was a watchmakers job number put there at some point during a routine service. Brown Patek coffin box included.
