This example comes with a tan alligator strap and an additional navy alligator Patek strap. It also includes the complete automatic Patek Philippe watch winder box, papers dated June 2009 and a Patek Philippe travel pouch. In 2008, Patek Philippe introduced the reference 5139 as a successor to the reference 5039.
