It is free of any decoration and was never intended to be fashionable. Consequently, it comes as no surprise that reference 3445 was made in all different colors of gold but also, in an extremely small quantity, in platinum. Reference 3445, Patek Philippe's first calendar watch made in series, was in production from 1961 to 1981.
