The reference 2525 is characterized by its 36mm stepped case with fluted lugs, a design that was considered “oversized for the period” and reflects the 1950s aesthetic. It features a silver matte dial with applied gold indices and a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. The watch is powered by the manual-winding Patek Philippe Caliber 10-200 movement, known for its precision and craftsmanship. Notably, the caseback is screw-down, enhancing the watch’s durability and water resistance. Produced for a decade between 1952 and 1962 this piece has stood the testemaent of time and showcases the brillance of patek in the 50s/60s.
