A very fine and rare silver openface keyless lever display watch with up and down indicator, Guillaume balance, hack feature and wooden box Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve, Heure Exacte, ref. 738, movement no. 191'826, case no. 625'980, movement manufactured in 1920, encased in 1958 and sold in 1961 Cal. 19''' nickel-finished EXTRA quality keyless lever movement numbered twice and stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 21 jewels, large Guillaume balance with gold screws, swan neck regulator, wolf's tooth winding, the silvered dial with Roman numerals, blued steel feuille hands, two horizontally positioned subsidiary dials indicating the 36 hours power reserve and constant seconds, in circular plain case with hinged back, in Patek Philippe original fitted two-tier wooden presentation box with one curved metal plaque with inscription Heure Exacte , case, cuvette, dial and movement signed 60 mm. diam.
