Production of reference 2441 began in 1948 and ceased around 1955.
This model is commonly known as the 'Eiffel Tower', as its unusual case design evokes the curved base of the Parisian landmark. The classic styling of the case led Patek Philippe to re-issue the design in 1997 as a limited commemorative edition, Ref. 5500, known as the Pagoda.
