The new model has a smaller 40mm case and a refined monochromatic dial design and comes with the option of a black leather strap crafted in sustainably sourced deer leather by its Swiss partner Cervo Volante or a stainless steel metal bracelet. The base design echoes Oris’ first diver’s watch of 1965, a visually pared-back but highly competent piece that captured the spirit of an exciting new era when recreational diving was becoming increasingly fashionable.
