Hinged front cover in numbered 18K (750 thousandths) gold, one-piece caseback in 18K (750 thousandths) gold, inside signed Omega with patent number 79203, metal dust cover with engraved observatory medals. Mechanical hand-wound pendant movement signed Omega, lever escapement, caliber 18 SPB numbered 6796006. Patent 79203 is described for a 'Watch case having a hollowed case and fitting means, as well as a watch fitted with such a watch case'.
