There are many variations of what a Regulateur watch is, and one of them is a pocket watch whose case has been modified into a wristwatch case. Here we have a Collectible customised pocket to wristwatch with sub-seconds; hence, this is a very rare and unique Regulateur watch. Its embossed silver Arabic Numeral indices, block indices and Lozenge hands were painstakingly cleaned and are now in near mint condition. Its vintage style silver plated case was buffed as best as possible without compromising its shape and lines albeit a few minor scratches that are barely noticeable to the naked eye. The crystal was replaced and is now in stunning condition after a good buff. The crown is located at the traditional 3H position and is easily accessible. The time quickset works as it should by uncorking the crown for adjustment. The movement was carefully stripped, meticulously cleaned, oiled, re-assembled and calibrated on 29 September 2025. In short, it underwent a thorough servicing and should be able to operate unhindered until the next servicing thereby providing the new owner peace of mind. Equipped with a rare mechanical pocket watch movement, it has 15 Jewels. The time-grapher shows superb readings of 0 seconds and amplitude of 323 with straight centered lines! Such readings are truly exceptional even by brand new automatic watch standards whereby the accepted tolerance is -20 to +40 seconds a day! This is a testament to the quality, excellent power reserve and longevity for such a vintage timepiece, the meticulous care provided over the years, and of course the painstaking expert calibration conducted. The case width and height are approximately 47.8mm (w/o crown) and 56.7mm respectively. The lug width is 20mm and the strap can accommodate wrists up to 21.0cm; hence, this watch is suitable for men and the modern women. A brand-new high-quality Carbon Fiber Style strap comes with the watch. This timepiece is not water-resistant. Do take note. The pictures provided shows the watch in near mint condition, and the movement within squeaky clean and well maintained. It has also been demagnetised to improve parts reliability, minimise wear & tear, and improve accuracy. The only drawback is the lack of documentation and original box. A brand-new EVA pouch will be provided instead. Bear in mind that this watch has seen many of the previous owners’ ups and downs in life and should be cherished and preserved for the next generation to savour such engineering beauty. This extremely rare watch will make a beautiful birthday present for that special someone born in 1934! (Just Joking!), and its value will appreciate over time. Do also bear in mind that it will cost between S$ 300.00 to S$ 500.00 for a proper overhaul and S$ 150.00 to calibrate an Omega timepiece; and S$ 60.00 to buff the watch case - these costs do not apply when purchasing this timepiece. So, if anyone was to sell such a timepiece at a low price yet claim that it has been serviced, one has to ask what kind of servicing was conducted, if any. This is a highly sort-after Omega Regulateur Mechanical Watch; so, be unique and wear a watch that is almost impossible to source in such fine condition. I daresay that this watch is simply stunning in real time.
