OMEGA Speedmaster Reference 2998-1 w/ Extract

The OMEGA Speedmaster is certainly one of the most iconic watches with a truly rich history of exploration and sport. This is a super attractive reference 2998-1 which features a gorgeous tropical dial. The case remains has been lightly polished. The original black “Base 1000” aluminum bezel is the best condition one I have ever seen. It includes an Extract of Archives from OMEGA dating to 1959, and delivered to a US Marine Corps. This watch does not include box and papers, has a manual-wind movement (Caliber 321 made by Lemania), and is 39.5mm in diameter. We do not know the service history, but it is running well.
