Omega 2257.80 Royal Navy Clearance Diver Seamaster 300 Steel A scarcely seen Seamaster 300 made for active members of the Royal Navy’s Clearance Diving unit in 2010. The unit’s crest is set under sapphire on caseback, a numbered series of 150 watches. The run was never publicized. The rest is standard late 2000s Seamaster 300: electric blue wave dial, 41mm steel case (that wears remarkably thin), and calibre 1120. Full set.
This example presents a case and steel bezel with moderate surface wear. The watch has an even level of light hairlines on most surfaces, but no significant bashes. The caseback is clean and very well-preserved, the crest is set under sapphire with little markings. Its engravings are very deep, I suspect the case is untouched. The dial is perfect, as is the Luminova. It comes on its original bracelet with a full set.
This watch is modeled on a relatively large 7.7 inch wrist.
