A very rare 1956 early Omega manual wind Geneve. The elegant and luxurious Geneve was introduced into the Omega collection in 1953 and was produced in the omega workshop in Geneve up until 1956. This timepiece is from that period and makes it a very collectible watch. The stunning silver finish two tone dial with solid gold hand riveted kite hour markers has been professional restored to the highest standard. The caliber manual wind movement is the 267 with serial number 15748367 which dates the timepiece to 1956. The all stainless case reference 2903-5 with its original Omega crown is in very good condition. The movement has been fully serviced ie completely stripped down each piece examined cleaned and oiled by a specialists Omega watch maker and fitted with new mainspring glass and tan leather strap and replace Omega buckle.
This is an exceptional Omega watch with a stunning dial and due to the fact that it is one of the early Geneve's make it a very collectible timepiece.
