At 34mm diameter and only 6.25mm in thickness, it's a classic dress watch, these days can be worn unisex. It wears larger than that though because of its 19mm lug width. It's in platinum, so it has heft and will wear heavier than a typical Omega stainless model that's much larger as well. I've tried to look up more information about this watch, but honestly can't find much due to its rarity. Online, it shows up for sale only 2-3 times total, and mainly on auction cites such as Christie's; I suspect it's a collector's piece that doesn't even show up on Omega's typical catalogue (I've tried various reference numbers such as 127.0150 and 4021.31.01 but can't quite seem to pin it down). The closest Omega equivalent is probably reference no. 4520.31, but because this model has a guilloche dial and has the special chronometer grade Cal. 652 (as opposed to the typical 651), the two can't quite be compared. Although if worn occasionally as a dress watch, the accuracy matters less, I would recommend getting this watch serviced with Omega, as the accuracy is currently off spec.
