Garcia, the fourth president of the Philippines. The case back is engraved, "Carlos P. Garcia President of the Philippines." According to the archives from OMEGA this watch was manufactured on January 15, 1957 and delivered to Switzerland. President Garcia became president of the Philippines in March 1957, so it is plausible that this watch was given to him as a gift for being elected. This is a special opportunity to get an OMEGA watch with possible presidential provenance.
