Inventory Number: 251026-1 CONDITION REPORT: Please refer to the unaltered high-resolution pictures to assess the condition of the timepiece. • The solid gold dial is in pristine condition, as it shows a crisp imprint over a clean surface. The superb linen finish, along with the applied Omega name, logo and star create a mesmerizing light-play effect. • The framed date window at 3 o’clock has a clean champagne colored disc. The periphery is ornate with solid gold indexes • The Omega signed plexy crystal is in good condition with light surface marks • 35 mm stainless steel case (measured without the crown). Lug to lug, the case measures 40mm. It is in excellent condition with only minimal signs of use. • The 18k gold bezel is presents itself sharp and is most likely unpolished. • Plexy crystal with light signs of use. • The caseback is in excellent condition and displays the Constellation logo. The logo does not show any signs of polishing. • The original crown is signed and operates perfectly. • The COSC certified automatic Cal. 564 is in excellent working order.
