The model pays tribute to one of the most iconic moments in the history of space exploration — the first extravehicular activity performed by Ed White in 1965. At its heart beats the renowned manual-winding calibre 1861, a direct descendant of the movement that accompanied the lunar missions. What makes this reference immediately recognizable, however, is its deep blue dial, an extremely rare feature within the Speedmaster Professional family. The silver sub-dials create an elegant “panda” contrast, while the subtle red “1965–2005” inscription adds a refined and distinctive commemorative touch. The case back features a dedicated Gemini IV medallion, engraved with references to the astronauts and the historic “First Space Walk.” Each example is individually numbered, enhancing the uniqueness and collectability of a model that perfectly balances Moonwatch heritage with refined aesthetics. This limited edition stands out for its more exclusive and distinctive personality compared to the classic Speedmaster, making it particularly appreciated by collectors and enthusiasts of both horology and aerospace history. **General Overview:** The Omega Speedmaster Professional Gemini IV Limited Edition ref. 3565.80.00 is presented in excellent condition, unpolished, and retains its original factory finishes. The geometry remains well defined and consistent with careful use over time. The overall configuration is harmonious and well balanced on the wrist, with a strong visual impact enhanced by the distinctive dial contrast. **Case:** The stainless steel case is in excellent condition, showing only light signs of wear that are hardly noticeable to the naked eye. A slightly more visible mark is present near the 10 o’clock area, though it remains discreet when worn. The blue bezel is in excellent condition and free from any noteworthy imperfections; the steel ring housing it shows only minimal signs of use visible upon close inspection. **Bracelet:** The original Omega bracelet, complete with 17 links and suitable for wrists up to approximately 20 cm, has never been polished. It is in very good overall condition, with light hairlines visible only under close inspection, maintaining a consistent and well-preserved appearance. **Dial:** The blue dial with silver sub-dials is in excellent condition and perfectly preserved. Indexes, hands, and registers are all in outstanding condition, ensuring excellent legibility while enhancing the characteristic “panda” effect of this reference. **Crystal:** The hesalite crystal shows light signs of use, visible only upon close inspection and not noticeable when the watch is worn. These minor marks do not affect readability nor detract from the overall aesthetic of the dial. The watch is accompanied by its original Omega Gemini IV Limited Edition box (showing signs of wear), outer cardboard box, original warranty, Omega certificate of authenticity and limited edition certificate, warranty holder (with signs of use), and instruction booklet. The movement has been carefully tested and is running perfectly. The watch shows excellent accuracy and very good stability across different positions, confirming the overall excellent condition of the calibre.
