Omega Ref. 2374/2 1940s Vintage Bumper Automatic Caliber 3010 RA Box & Papers A well preserved example of early postwar Omega watchmaking, this Omega Ref. 2374/2 features a classic mid century design and one of the company’s early automatic “bumper” movements. The 35 mm stainless steel case houses a silver dial with subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, powered by the historic Omega Caliber 3010 RA automatic movement. Try finding one this complete and well preserved. The only one in the world this original, complete and includes the original beads of rice band and a leather strap. Bumper automatics represent Omega’s transition from manual wind to self winding watches and are appreciated for both mechanical character and historical importance.
