This amazing watch has been worn by many famous astronauts like Buzz Aldrin who wore the Speedmaster for the first time ever on the moon and Ed White who wore it for the first time ever in space! This Omega Speedmaster Professional was born in Switzerland in 1984 and runs on the well known and prestigious 861 movement made by Omega. This movement is a manual wound chronograph which was the replacement for the 321 movement Omega used in their first Speedmasters. This amazing movement sits inside a 42mm stainless steel case which houses a Tachymetre bezel, pump pushers, an Omega signed crown and a screwdown caseback with the hippocampus logo. The dial on this watch is a spectacular clean dial with intact lume and deep sunken subdials and contrasts greatly with the beautifully aged hands. To finish it off is the original stainless steel bracelet with Omega signed clasp which is still in great condition. The overall condition of this watch is excellent, with some very minor scratches on the case and a tiny bit of wear on the bezel.
