Serial number 291xxxx which is correct for the watch
This timepiece was found in the family who believes they bought it new and was passed down for almost 50 years.. Great 50th anniversary present for someone
- Let's start with the rare Tropical dial - it is absolutely gorgeous original with nice chocolate brown color. No rusty brown
- No Tritium is missing and they have nice creamy patina as well as on the hands.
- Bezel dot over ninety insert is original and in really excellent condition as shown in photos.
- Acrylic crystal (plexiglass) is original part with logo still there
- Original case with flat angles on twisted lugs, thick and it is in sharp condition. Caseback is from a later models it was replaced but not sure for what reason.
- The Calibre 821 movement, it is running well and fully functional. I do not guarantee the timekeeping and water-resistance due to vintage age but again it works smooth and sounds well.
- Overall - Fine vintage condition for the age well above average
Comes with that leather strap as pictured, Omega red box will be included in my asking price
