It is in a good condition and keeps excellent time. It had a new expandable S/Steel strap in 1981. The outer bezel rotates, and stop watch buttons are fully working. It is however in need of a full service and resealing/waterproofing, and this cost is reflected in the price, which is very fair for the condition of this iconic vintage watch.
