Longines Spirit L3.812.4.93.6

Description

Longines Spirit Zulu Time. Excellent condition. Factory warranty. Perfect.

I’m offering for sale my Longines Spirit Zulu Time GMT, which is an excellent watch in absolutely pristine condition. I purchased this watch from Teddy's in Cleveland in March of this year. They are an authorized Longines dealer, so the watch includes the full 5-year factory warranty, less only a couple of months. I paid approximately $4,200 retail. I’ve owned the watch for about three months, and it has received very little wrist time. I buy and collect watches, and the way I decide whether to keep a piece is simple: if I don’t wear it, I move it along. That’s the only reason this watch is for sale. The watch itself is outstanding. The dial is beautiful, the blue bezel and dial combination is stunning in person, and the bracelet is extremely comfortable with an excellent micro-adjustment feature. The GMT functionality is also very practical. The watch has been kept on a winder when not worn and handled carefully with cotton gloves. There are absolutely no marks, nicks, scratches, or signs of wear anywhere on the watch. It is truly in perfect condition. Please check my reviews. I never over grade. Timekeeping has been excellent as well. During the time I’ve owned it, I’ve only had to set the time twice, and it has never been off by more than 4–5 seconds. The sale includes everything that originally came with the watch, including the warranty card and box. I do want to fully disclose that the hinges on the back of the box are cracked. The box still opens and closes, but the hinges are loose. In fairness, it was already that way when I purchased it. I asked the dealer for a replacement box, but they never provided one. If the condition of the box is a dealbreaker for you, then this may not be the watch for you. The watch itself, however, is flawless. I’d encourage anyone interested to watch some YouTube reviews of the Longines Spirit Zulu Time. I can personally confirm that the dial is extremely legible and the blue color is fantastic in person. I currently see these selling from grey-market dealers in the $3,600–$3,800 range without the benefit of a factory-backed warranty from an authorized dealer purchase. Given the condition and warranty coverage remaining, I believe my asking price is very fair. I’m asking $3,500 firm. I’m in no rush to sell and will happily keep it until the right buyer comes along who recognizes the value here. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
