A rare and fine Longines Grand Prize Admiral Automatic, ref. 2731. Stainless steel, front-loaded case, Admiral 1200 etched case back, 33.50mm diameter, downturned faceted lugs. Case appears to maintain the original factory polish. Original silver sunburst dial, applied silver Deco arabic numerals and luminous plots, in excellent condition. Printed "Longines", applied silver winged hourglass logo and "Grand Prize Automatic", below 12 o'clock. Original silver toned leaf hands with luminous infill. Replacement crown. Original plexi-crystal. Longines Caliber 340 automatic winding movement, unserviced and in good running order. Brand new leather strap with steel buckle.
