The Lemania 105 chronograph represent Swiss chronograph manufacturing when the Val-de-Travers based company supplied movements to some of the most prestigious names in horology including Omega, Patek Philippe, and Vacheron Constantin. The calibre 1275, introduced in the early 1950s, was a cam-operated chronograph that offered robust reliability in a compact package. This practical engineering philosophy that made Lemania the movement maker of choice for military and civilian chronographs alike. This watch was produced during a period when Lemania was transitioning from independent maker to Omega subsidiary at the height of its technical reputation.
