The Laurent Ferrier Micro-Rotor is classical independent watchmaking at its finest. It's restrained both in aesthetics and proportions, with simple markers coupled with the brand's trademark 'Assegai' hands (named after a type of spear). The relative simplicity of the dial hides the labyrinthine complexity of the movement. It's a microrotor automatic, which uses a much smaller, recessed winding oscillator.
