JAEGER-LECOULTRE Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Tribute to 1931 “Chocolate”, Ref. 277.2.22, case no. 3076800, circa 2014 A very fine and attractive, large, water-resistant, 18K pink gold rectangular and reversible hand wound wristwatch with brown dial, painted gilt indexes, railway division, pink gold Sword hands, brown leather strap and 18K pink gold JLC buckle. Fitted with a jeweled manual winding movement, rhodium-plated, with lever escapement, shock-absorbers, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 27.30 x 46.50 mm (with lugs). Thickness 7.40 mm. Accompanied by a JLC traveling presentation case. The Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Tribute to 1931 “Chocolate”, Ref. 277.2.22, was officially unveiled at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) in January 2014. The Chocolate Reverso was part of a series of colorful tributes to the original 1931 Reverso, following the 2012 “Rouge” and 2013 “Bleu” editions.
