The alarm is powered by a separate mainspring, independent from the main timekeeping movement, and emits a distinctive sound at the set time. The 37mm stainless steel case — relatively large for its era — is in very good condition considering the watch’s age. On the right side, it features two original JLC-signed crowns: the upper crown sets and winds the alarm, while the lower crown adjusts the time. The watch comes on its original Jaeger-LeCoultre bracelet, showing typical wear, mainly on the clasp. The dial is in beautiful condition, featuring a date window at 3 o’clock and a central rotating disc with a triangular indicator to set the alarm. Inside beats the automatic Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber K825, complete with the alarm complication — fully functional and covered by a 3-month warranty.
