Description:
Opportunity to one of the rare and most sought after atmos caliber: this atmos atlantis "Phase de Lune" is a special specimen. The "atlantis" was offered only from 1995 in a few copies, it is said per year 50 pieces until 2001. It is the result of the work of Robert Kohler from the design studio Kohler & Rekow, Paris, with the famous glass case and the three rhodium-plated pointed cone feet.

While traditional timepieces have one day of deviation in a period of 122 years, this is the case with the atmos pendulum clock only every 3821 years, according to jlc's description. Well, that's something for optimists and we probably won't live to see it.

The watch captivates with its highly polished crystal case and visible rhodium-plated mechanism. The dial is flawless, the filigree hands as well.
I have lovingly revised and retimed this watch. I cleaned and carefully polished the crystal glass case. This watch runs perfectly after the revision with 540 degrees swing - like new - and accurate.
Adjustment/fine adjustment:
This precision watch is finely and accurately adjusted by the adjustment bow at the top. The hands are accessed by carefully lifting out the immaculate front door by the small rhodium plated jlc pusher forward/up. The front dial has the original atmos jlc imprint. The faceted cut elements of the glass case are flawless with no chipping.
